This woman sounds like she doesnt have a clue and you carnt treat any skin type with ipl, you can not treat a black persons skin as their melanin is to high and would cause scaring.

Not a laser. This is an IPL machine. Anyone who calls it a laser is doing so to intentionally misinform the client.

that might be right, but be aware of that he needs to be shaved off all his body-hair, well at least the region which is treated, to apply the IPL.
