However in American Laser Center they did not even look if hair on these areas was dark and thick enough for laser treatment. They provide good customer service only before you pay them, once you did they get absolutely ignorant. It is now 3 months as Im waiting for my refund back. Customer service is unreachable, they don't respon my emails or voice msgs either. Im confused and don't know what to do.1000$ is not a small amount

Be Aware it is absolutely impossible to contact their customer service in case if you'll have some medical problems or wait for a money refund!!! Try it yourself before you decide to purchase their services at 877-252-2010 . Or just call their any# and ask to transfer to customer service-you'll wait forever and nobody will answer the phone. I guess they have so many complaints that they just don't answer.

It's already more than 3 month as I am trying to get my 1000$ back. I cancelled the treatment because peach fuzz on my upperlip, upper arms and upper legs areas strated to grow darker and thicker. I consulted with different laser specialists, most of them refuse to apply laser to a peach fuzz because laser may activate hair growth

I cost me about $350 for each full face treatment. That did my upper lip, jaw, chin, and neck.

Yes, I totally agree with you. You can't just go to any dermatologist. You must pick one with extensive experience in sucessfully using a lazer. Often you can look for message boards where doctors are rated and patients discuss their experiences with specific doctors. This is a big help too.

I have treated clients who have been burnt by dermatologists. i think what someone needs to look for is someone with LASER EXPERIENCE. Sometimes dermatologists do so many other things that Laser hair removal is not their focus. This means that their experience with the machine is limited! |
