Oh gosh. I absolutely LOVE mango. Definitely have to try this! :D It's so great to find a recipe that doesn't require lots of cream or an ice cream maker! Thanks so much!

Your thoughts are worth more than 2 cents...thanks for the tip, I am sure it'll help a lot of people.

ps-Ive also heard that if you put some saran wrap and make it touch the top of the ice cream and then put the lid on it (air tite) it also helps with making sure the ice cream does not form the crystals and helps with freezer burn as well...just thought I would add my two cents :)

awesome! Yeah im actually making it right now and its in the freezer. I tried the left over in the bowl I made it in and it tastes AMAZING! for those of you who loves frooti growing up, you'll love this because it seriously tastes like the frozen version of frooti with just a creamy consistency :) Thanks girls for the amazing recipe! keep it up

Not at all. Make sure the container is a air-tight one so that the ice cream does not get freezer burns.

That will work great as well. Infact it'll give you the additional kesar flavor!

if you kept the ice cream for more than 5 hours by accident, would it do any harm?

You need the condensed milk for the milk plus the sweetness. |
