I do not know what culture you are talking about but i really appreciate the ladies enlightening us about some really good Indian recipes. I am an Indian resident and believe me i know how to cook better pasta than Indian dishes. Really appreciate the effort these guys put in to demonstrate some of the best recipes that india has to offer the world, that too while staying abroad. Kudos to you guys!!

I recently watched your demo & tried it at home & it came just great!! I altered it a little - instead of making the biriyani powder, I used Shan biriyani powder & the biriyani was a great hit! Thanks for a wonderful show & keep doing it just the way you both do it - Vijaya Rajkumar

drswaran ur so damn technical, who cares about "proper greetings" Show me the curry: keep doing what ur doing: a Wonderful Job !

It's interesting that you didn't start your comment with a "Namaste". It's even more interesting that you judge our "cultural values" from a greeting in our video which promotes Indian culture through Indian food to a newer generation. In our own "humble" way, we are trying to preserve our Indian heritage by making Indian cooking more approaching for people like us who grew up away from India and hopefully passing on that passion to our children.
