I have done the recipe in pressure cooker. kept on tavva, low flame for 2 hours. Nothing sticked inside..Now am proud to know how to make Hyd biryani.. Thanks to VAACHEF

I tried this turned out to be good, except that the meat got burned in the bottom should try next time with a pan at the bottom as suggested by this guy. Any ways thanks for the great recipe.

There are few more ingredients to be added. these are secret ingredients and are not revealed by any good Bawarchi. My grandmother told them to me. You should add 1-2 pinch saffron dipped in a cup of milk, one lemon juice on the top most layer before starting to cook. This gives a nice aroma and flavor.
