that was an unnecessary and immature reaction....even though I know what u mean. I was thinking (no onion, bell pepper, thyme, etc) but so what?

lmao!good comeback sir!By the way, I love your man burgers. Salt, black pepper and garlic powder is all you need to make the perfect burger. I did this exact recipe with two slabs of bacon between the cheese and tomatoes. DELICIOUS!! Directory101 must be a dainty little lady or somethin'

But this is grilling. Nothing wrong with grilling but BBQ it is not. I know I am nit picking but too many don't understand the difference and I suspect that you do. Also I agree with Directory101 with the appearance of your burgers. No one is saying they should be fast food thin but thick burgers should be flat and meatballs should be round. What works for me is to make my patties concave, on both sides, with thick patties. Kaiser rolls make fine buns with thick burgers. Overall nice vid sir.

hey Directory101, a sad and sheltered life you live, boy. One inch thick burgers you say, like fast food chain style? lol Pity. I'd apologize to grandma right now and get off those processed burgers. Thanks for stoppin' by! -BBQ Pit Boys

Thats the way grandma used to make and grill burgers, down here in Texas youd get bitch slapped for looks alone, ingredients salt pepper and garlic, THATS IT!!! Youve got to be kidding me. And the next time try flatting out the meat to about 1 instead of round like a oversized meatball, (your not making spaghetti)And nobody puts ketchup on a manburger, Damn dude.
