manjula ji, Jalebi is my favourite. Though I am from South, I like it a lot. I like it soft and spongy. I guess your jalebi turns out to be crispy. how can we make it soft and spongy?

Manjula like the wife of Apu in the simpsons.=) its hard for me to make Sweet Jalebi its not easy to faind the INGREDIENTS in may country. they luke a lot like onion rings.but still Manjula, your food is awesome!!.
