I prefer without onion flavor is so strong from onion that other flavors in the dish are lost.

I tried today to make my own paneer. unfortunately it seemed to be a bit "too dry" it was too crumbly in the palak paneer and nearly crumbeled completly (but i didnt fried it before). Do you think i`ve not pressed it enough?

Manjula.....i re-did the palak paneer but this time i watched everything u did and was writing exactly how you were doing it! And it came out "FANTASTIC"! thank you so much for your recipe! it was awesome and i look forward to making more and learning how to cook Indian food! :)
