I love you VahChef!!! Especially for this recipe. I add extra chilli powder & its just perfect! My family isn't much into paneer, but they love this dish.

In this Matar Paneer dish, your paneer had spots on it. Did you prepare paneer a special way in advance?It is such a pleasure to watch your recipes. You have a nice way of presentation and whosoever is editing, is doing a great job too.Thanks

I LOVE matar and the way you make it taste just like the way my fav indian rest makes it. Mine turned out EXCELLENT!!!

a cheese very similar to cottage cheese, but with most of the liquid pressed out of it so the result is a fresh milk cheese that is firm and can be cut into cubes.
