1) little bit of chilli powder -> by Indian cooking measurements, that *is* little bit for chilli powder (little bit is usually anything less than a teaspoon!)2) spoon of cumin -> he actually says 'a tablespoon of cumin' i think. And he is putting 2 'tea'spoons to measure up to one 'table'spoon.
