My mum cooks biryani the same way. It is quick and yummy. The difference is my mum uses gee, not butter.

I found this very interesting. She makes cooking biriani so easy.I didn't know you can cook the meat in the pressure cooker.I cook Biriani once a year as it's very hard to cook. I'm definitely going to try this recipe. Do you have a recipe for Pilau? Thank you.

there is no such thing as hindus are veggie , hindus are not veggies only beef is not allowed, brahmins in hindus are supposed to be veggies. So ya meat eating is ok as long as its not beef but yea some people eat it some dont, personal choice

not all hindus are vegetarians . beef technically is not suppoed to be consumed by hindus for relegious reasons but these days many hindus will even eat beef. personally i myself dont eat beef . hope that answers your querry :)
