Please kind sir, open up our simple white brains and teach us. We are so stupid and helpless and probably couldn't even tie our own shoes (which were invented by black people) if it weren't for your superior intelligence and omniscience. Seriously, I understand that ancient Egypt greatly contributed to the modern world, but to say that "everything that has been invented was invented by black people" is grossly misguided, narcissistic, racist, and unfathomably stupid.
