WOW--after a 19 minute bake, what is that crust like? Is there any soft pizza crust quality left at all? I would imagine after that loooooonnnnnnnnggggggg in the oven that it's pretty chewy and or crakery...?

Proper ingredients? It looks vegan and tasty enough for me although I usually prefer to have tomato sauce on my pizza.
