Ok, this guy is an idiot...every chef knows that when you make alfredo sauce you always put the heavy whipping cream LAST because it will curd if you don't and it will taste like shit..! this guy is a joke.

pretty basic but effective recipe for alfredo sauce but i would not recommened using the egg at the end i tried it and it kind of messed it up in my oppinion good thing it was just a practice batch

Ok i am not a chef but as far as i know you NEVER use metal anything on teflon. But the recipe i have is no where need as hard as he is making this one.

wire wisk on teflon? best recipe is with a white wine reduction and a bechamel sauce wisked in with parmesean cheese.
