damn... i burnt mine as well!!!hey vahchef... could you please tell us more about the temp and cooking time if it was to be made in the oven... Thanks..oh and btw, even though i burnt the bottom of the biriyani, i had burnt it just a little bit and that tasted quite good.. hehe

I made this--the secret is INDEED to make the chunks of vegetable large and to coat them well--as well as to layer with plenty of browned onions. A delicious dish.
