Both of my grandmothers are from Louisiana. I really suggest giving this recipes a try... for a generous portion I would double the custard part of the recipe and leave the bananas and wafers the same as stated in the video.Good luck!! Scott

Ok, where was your grandmother from? I am trying to make a BP just as close to what my Southern Grandmother made. She was from Alabama. So far yours looks the closest. BTW, thanks for taking the time to put this out here!
