家庭で作る男の料理なんて大体こんなもんですな。　自分で作って旨けりゃそれでよし。　見た感じ、卵は3個ぐらい、ご飯は1～1.5合くらい使ってそうで満腹感もありそう。　カロリーなんか気にせずガッツリ食う。　具がネギだけっつーのも、いかにも一人暮らしの男の料理。　哀愁を誘う。
