Vah - you're the man! I love how you take the time to patiently explain everything! I am going to try the vegetarian biryani but am very tempted to try this one now.Quick question: I want to prepare the rice your way instead of using a rice steamer, but I do not have a fine strainer. What else can I use to strain the rice out of the pot?
