Today i`ve tried to make my own paneer, but unfortunately it was in the "palak paneer" to crumbly and crumbeled nearly completly. But i didnt fried it before i gave it into my palak paneer dish. do you think this was the problem? or did i not pressed the paneer enough?

Thank you, aunty, this was very interesting to watch! I'm a vegetarian who just ADORES indian cuisine, so your instructional videos are very useful to me! Keep 'em up! ;) ~DJ

I recently went to an Indian restaurant in my hometown I just found out about, and it was some of the best food I've ever eaten. Their Paneer was incredible and perfect for me being vegetarian. I'm definitely going to try frying my own Paneer now.

I made this with goat milk, made from a dry mix. I used rice vinegar, which has a milder taste than regular vinegar. I read one user on another site who heats this in her microwave. Namaste, Manjula

Aunty ,I make paneer my adding yogurt when the milk boils. The paneer was as good as store bought. I didn't have to rinse it too.
