interesting .... or you could just use curry paste, onions and sour cream to cut your time in half or even less, but i think i gonna try yours some day, gravy looks nice and i eat sour cream too much ;) thanks

my mom always blends tomatoes in a blender but my pakistani auntie blends ginger with tomatoes and makes the curry hotttttttt. |
