Has anyone ever noticed how these text comment sections almost always end up in some sort of stupid argument? Geez. I came here to look at the tribute to the Edmund Fitzgerald as the song always brings tears to my eyes and here we have canadians vs. americans. KARENWEZA, I personally wouldn't waste 59 years of my life in a country where I thought almost everyone sucked. Perhaps you should go back to wherever you came from since it is so pleasant there. I loved the tribute by the way.

Another "newfie" logging in. I've lived in the US since 1950 and there isn't a bigger bunch of snobs around than Americans. They think they are the sun and everything revolves around them. There are lots of good Americans who have give time and lives for the rest of the world but this younger generation sucks. It's not about "what have you give me lately" kids...how about giving something for a change.

timuswiscurain "Rightfully so"? As a Canadian I think it's time the americans start given us the respect and understanding thats long due.We hear nothing but alot of threats towards Canada and how the americans are better. We have all the resources in the world to take care of ourselfs long after the americans would ever be able too. We show that we care and Mr lightfoot is only a small piece of what we are about. SO All you americans stop and think before you talk of us again but you won't!!!
